รายละเอียดงาน
• Ensures that quality and volume targets are met.
• Creates and maintains an environment of trust and appreciation, fostering team spirit.
• Plans and directs production activities based on work to lists and build plan.
• Monitors and initiates action to reduce cost of production.
• Ensures team are working to work instructions provided by Engineering.
• Develops operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate problems.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Obtains, and maintains data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products
• ordered
• Co-ordinates with all other departments to the benefit of the whole company.
• Ensure subordinates follow company's rules and procedures.
• Ensure the employees work safely at all time, control and follow up environment in the production.
• Assesses training needs and supports employee training.
• Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operation procedures and the
potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
• Conducts hearinigs to resolve or settle grievances.
Ensure the employees maintain the 5S, housekeeping.
• To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Environmental Health and Safety
awareness, and adherence to IATF16949 systems.
• Complies with applicable SHE legal and other requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Able and willing to do shift working.
- Experienced as Production Leader to manage and supervise manpower under control.
- Fair command in English.
