รายละเอียดงาน
- General accounting,Admin, import/export, inventory control.
- Invoicing, taxation and other accounting duty(AP, AR, etc).
- Inventory control
- Checking and verification of import/export documents
- Responding to customer inquiries, receiving orders, forecasting delivery dates, and following up on delivery dates
- Preparation of business related documents
- Invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, debit notes, etc.
- Manage order and delivery process according to customer requirements (handling claims, urgent deliveries).
- Liaison with related departments
- Other duties as directed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, especially related to tax and payment
- English: Conversation Lv. Up
- Experience in a company of about 20 people with a wide range of duties such as admin and accounting.
