รายละเอียดงาน
• Draft, review, negotiate or otherwise provide legal advice on the various types of contracts.
• Give legal advice in a variety of legal topics to the business, operational and functional units to comply with all applicable law.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters, disputes and litigations case.
• Provide regular trainings and guidance to business, operational and functional units.
• Manage, organize and maintain contracts, Agreements and legal documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
• Complete others works assigned by supervisor in a timely manner.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors’ or Master's degree in Thai label law
- At least 5 years’ work experience in equivalent in-house of company in Thailand.
- Fluent in Chinese or English, together with good conversation skills.
- Responsible and accountable character, willing to take up challenge.
- Self-motivator, quick-learner and team oriented.
