Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of different event projects, including venue logistics, booth setup, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Source and negotiate contracts with venue and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, overseeing onsite logistics and resolving any issues that may arise during the exhibition.
- Develop detailed project timelines and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement effective solutions to address challenges and ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in Chinese & Thai or Fluent in English & Thai
- College degree and above
- Deep understanding of the materials used for exhibition construction is required
