รายละเอียดงานPrimary contact point for customer.
Resources management.
Ensure the quality of services.
Develop relationships and engagement with subordinates who are staff members.
Develops relationships with external clients and organizations to assess their technology, support, and security needs.
Deliver IT service reports as agreed jointly with clients and organizations.
Provides client assessments, and pitches IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations.
Offers innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Manages projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members.
Establishes client and sales goals, and tracks progress and other metrics.
Identifies staffing needs and works with human resources colleagues to pursue the hiring process.
Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments.
Upholds a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years in hands-on IT Service Management role.
- Have ITIL certificates will be an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of ITIL, business processes, and resources management.
- Some experience of managing and organizing teams.
- Superb collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure well.
