Senior Guest Relations Officer
• Professionally handle on-site incoming requests from customers and ensure that issue is resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Support Centre Manager by welcome and fulfill customer needs.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to attendees registration, enquires handling, room set-ups overseas parcel shipping, system trouble shooting etc.
• Maintain a balance between company’s policy and customer’s benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
• Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
• Update important information in event rooms (WIFI passcode, phone instruction, fire escape, etc.) and ensure all signage comply with AIA brand standards
• Support Centre Manager to track rooms utilization, for example, file daily bookings, track number of attendees and report the number to Centre Manager monthly.
• Support Centre Manager on Event, Programmes to meet client’s expectation.
• Supervise and provide guidance to receptionist including but not limit to work scheduling, overtime and annual leave approval
• In partnership with event organizers, ensure efficient execution of pre-, during and post- event support and communication
• Liaison role between event organizers and vendors on all logistical and catering requirements
• Setup rooms and collaborative space for hosting events/ programmes/ meetings together with Housekeeping (Events)
• Supervise and provide guidance to Guest Relations and Housekeeping (Events) including but not limit to work scheduling, overtime and annual leave approval
• Support Centre Manager on purchase price comparison and issuing monthly invoices
• Preparing and issuing quotes to BUs for event-related faciliti
