รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead the design and development of tooling for new and existing products, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
•Collaborate with design, engineering, planning, quality and production teams to define tooling requirements, specifications, and timelines.
•Utilize advanced CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of tooling components.
•Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
•Oversee the tooling fabrication process, working closely with vendors and internal manufacturing teams.
•Conduct inspections and testing of tooling to ensure it meets all functional and quality standards.
•Troubleshoot tooling problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
•Maintain and update tooling documentation, including drawings, specifications, and tooling jig fixture.
•Stay current with new tooling technologies and manufacturing trends.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5-years in tooling engineer, include experience in CNC lathe, milling, grinding machine
- Good command in English**
- Knowledge (TPM) Tooling sus as TPM plan and leader team for TPM.
- Skilled in design, develop tooling jig fixture.
