รายละเอียดงาน
•Be shift leader and control machine and facility maintenance activity during the shift. เป็นหัวหน้าช่างเทคนิค รับผิดชอบในการดูแล ควบคุมเครื่องจักร และระบบงานซ่อมบำรุงให้อยู่ในสถานะพร้อมใช้งาน
•Repair the machine and relate equipment to ensure machine availability with good condition. ซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องตามเงื่อนไขของระบบงานซ่อมบำรุงของบริษัท
•Conduct the preventive maintenance according to plan and protocol. จัดการงานด้านการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
•Analyst the machine breakdown to find the improvement. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเครื่องจักรเมื่อพบปัญหาเครื่องจักรหยุดการทำงาน และไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
•Document and report the maintenance situation to superior to maintain good information handling. จัดทำเอกสาร และรายงานสถานการณ์ให้กับแผนกช่างซ่อมบำรุง
•Cooperate for new machine and equipment set-up together with supplier. ดูแลประสานงานติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกับทีมผู้รับเหมา
Skill:
•Technical competent on automation control machine or plastic injection machine maintenance.
•Good analytical skill and problem solving
•Knowledge in PLC is advantage
•Team player and self-development
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High vocational certificate or above in any fields. (Mechatronic, Mechanic & Electric)
- Experience more than 5 years in manufacturing with few years as a team leader
- Technical competency in problem solving, good analytical skill.
- Experience background in automotive or electronic manufacturing
- Be able to communicate in English both written and speaking.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Auto CAD
- Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, Teamwork, Positive Thinking.
- Good leadership, team oriented, interpersonal skill and work hard.
