รายละเอียดงาน•Supports company operations by maintaining office systems; Access card, Keep record attendance tracking.
•Manage reception area and look after visitors. Manage booking meeting rooms.
•Maintain office supplies as needed and order for non-projects in Coupa Systems
•Coordinate with landlord and Office Vendors to maintain office facilities.
•Reservation of hotels / service apartments for internal and external customers
•Arranging events (training / customer visits / townhall / FAT), including (coffee break / lunch)
•Consolidate Expense Claim receipt and send to BKK Finance for verification.
•Do request for payment for all utility expense of Rayong office in KYBER systems.
•Do request for payment for car rental & housing of ECC in KYBER systems.
•Coordinate with vendor for renew car rental & housing of ECC.
•Coordinate with vendor for renew printer.
•Sourcing of Apartment to closure (for EEC)
•Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary.
•Monitor and ensure that company's facilities (i.e. bathroom, air-conditioners, electricity, office equipment) are in good conditions. Coordinate with maintenance vendor if necessary.
•Work closely with maid to ensure office cleanliness and refreshments ready for guests.
