QC Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for verifying quality defect and issued trouble for complain to supplier, including monitoring supplier improvement and review the countermeasure from supplier.
1.Issued/problem solves/Follow up and monitoring the part quality issued from supplier.
2.Supplier quality monthly evaluation.
3.Responsible for analyzing problem from the supplier and prevents.
4.Coordinate with the supplier.
5.Supplier process audit.
6.Support company's activity such as manager meeting, summary cost charge.
7.Check & review other report from the subordinates.
8.Complete additional task and assignment given by superior.
9.Document of quality system IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor 's degree industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in QA or QC Engineer.
- Knowledge of Heat Treatment process, Stamping process, Injection process, Plating process,
- Knowledge of Quality System, Quality Control Process, Statistical Analysis Technique.
- Able to work under pressure with coordination skills.
- Systematic think, Good Analytics, Self-Motivation and Highly Responsibility.
- Ms Word, Excel and Power Point Skills requirement to perform tasks.
- Knowledgeable of FMEA, PQCT, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
