รายละเอียดงาน
1.Implement, maintain, Internal audit, & improve quality system; BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
2.Be auditor for Thailand & packaging supplier.
3.Customer complaint handling for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, & Vietnam shipment under Herba Bangkok exporter name.
4.Customer questionnaire handling for own plant & verify questionnaire for supplier plant, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam.
5.Documentation registration
6.Maintain, follow up, set up calibration plan.
7.Rice sample bank of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, & other
8.Technical specification for each rice variety
9.Product specification implementation & registration
10.Regular testing for product base on internal program & customer requirement
11.Validation program for CCP & raw material
12.Packaging development
13.Mock recall & traceability program
14.Product registration with Thai FDA
15.Quality document issuing; Aflatoxin certificate, Food safety certificate, etc.
16.Etc. base on company & customer requirement
17.Reporting directly to QA manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in food science or a related field.
- At least 2 years experiences in food industrial for QC, QA, or R&D.
- Good knowledge of International standard; GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, Kosher, Organic, and ISO 9001
- Good command in English (Reading, Writing, & Speaking) communication for direct contact with foreigner auditor & customer
- Proficient in computer literacy and Able to use in operating of Microsoft office program (Word, Excel, and Power point)
