Responsible for researching, developing, and testing harvestor and tractor products, as well as improving existing ones. The role of product engineers is critical to any company that creates physical products, as it helps ensure that these products meet the needs of customers and are produced efficiently. 1) Investigates, diagnoses, liaises, negotiates and reports on repetitive product failures where unusual failures have occurred requiring investigation. Align working with R&D team 2) Research the market, reach out for customer need and feedback 3) Find out the product advantage, Make the procedure to test machine and measurement, competitor product comparison 4) Create sale tools for sale team 5) Product training to sale team and dealer 6) Support dealer and end-customer in term of technical, product knowledge 7) Collect the data of machine on jobsite as product application, analyze and improvement

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Deplomar degree/higher in Mechanical, Automative Major, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in heavy construction machinery as product or aftersale responsibility
Product and techinical knowledge of Agriculture equipment (Tractor, sugar crane harvestor machine)
Knowledge of Microsoft power point, Word, Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good logical thinking and attitude
Good command of English
