- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. - Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and recommendations. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and solutions. - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss findings. - Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to various audiences. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive projects to completion. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and process improvement. - Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team as needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven experience (1-6 years) working as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Basic understanding in dashboard creation tools and data visualization techniques.
Experience with master data management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Project management experience is a plus.
Good communication of English and Japanese. (N3 above)
