Job Descriptions: • Analyzing product performance, competitors’ movement & product survey, market trends and opportunities. • Analyze the strength and weakness in order to create the sales points of company product and responsible for Product & New Product Development. • Provide Product training the dealer sales staffs, conduct, supervise training according to business needs. • Working on product in order to support Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities: •Responsible for dealer sales •Driving the dealer sales, achieve the dealer target and company target. •Working with dealer for sales planning and marketing strategy, follow up, review and adjust strategy following the market situation •Monthly dealer visitation for meeting and visit end user •Develop, deliver and co-ordinate effective field sales, marketing activity, marketing communication including market and competitor analysis •Understand the dealer operation and territory of dealer, monthly report the sales, market, organization of dealer •Instruct and control dealer to follow company policy
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 24 – 30 years, Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or relate field.
  2. At least 2-3 relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing function such as Automobile or Agricultural Machinery etc.
  3. Experience working with dealer as a staff of distributor company is preferable.
  4. Can work independently & work in rural area as a business trip.
  5. Creative, self-motivated, good team player, adaptive person, and can work under pressure.
  6. Good communication & interpersonal and presentation skills.
  7. Able to drive both manual and automatic with driving license.
  8. Good command of computer skill of Word, Excel, Power point.
