1.Manage and oversee the daily operations of Finance and Accounting department(AP,AR,GL,Tax,CAPEX,Cash,etc.)
2.Cooedinate budget preparation meeting with all department.
3.Responsible for accurate and timely monthly,quarterly and yearly financial reporting to the management ,auditors and revenue department.
4.Responsible for reconcilation of the ststutory and management financial statement.
5. Lead,guide, support and develop the Finance and Accounting Team.
HR
1.Responsible for leading/managaing all HR activities across the opeations involving recruiting, employee relation, manpower planing, employee training, benefits administration.
2.Developing and implementing Human Resource policies and proceduce.
3.Evaluate and improve existing compensation, benefits to ensure that compliance with legalrequirement and competitiveness.
4.Provide human resource consultation and advice to employees/associates and management on Department organizational issues and initiatives with a focuson positive employee.
