รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise the allocation of the team in front of the retail store in accordance with the plan.
- Supervise the management of branches in various department stores according to the responsible area.
- Follow up and assist with Area Manager tasks.
- Coordinate and inspect the standard of work and quality of each branch in accordance with KPI and other assignments.
- Prepare a report summarizing the scheduled work or other related tasks.
- the area in the northeast (Mukdahan, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields).
- Have 5 year or more of experience working in retail management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, work overtime.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Able travel to other responsible provinces area
- Able to drive a car and have a driver's license.
