รายละเอียดงาน
• Check, compile and maintain documents and records of contractual documents.
• Consolidate invoicing data.
• Prepare customers’ bills and mail to customers.
• Handle billing inquiries from the customers.
• Provide and support the financial report for management.
• Assistant team in all administration functions and processes
• Ensure processes are run in compliance and company standard.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Higher in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administrative or relevance
- Has a good command of the Thai / English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Has computer literacy to use PC, Microsoft office and billing systems.
- Has experience in financial program or system such as SAP, Microsoft Access will be advantage.
- Enjoy or be familiar with dynamic environment.
