- Refer to qualifications for relevant skills and experience
- Issue a certificate of analysis (CoA) to customers
- Inspected products and verified processing on production lines
- Annual Training (GHPs, HACCP, Food Allergen, Food Defense and Food Safety)
- Microbiological Laboratory, Swab test, Allergen test and Air test by Internal LAB.
- Hold and release products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology or related field
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations ( GHP, HACCP, Halal is a plus)
- Familiar with laboratory testing techniques and equipment
- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance role
- Hands on experience in a chocolate or confectionery manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Good written and verbal communication skills to documents findings and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively with production staff
- Understand of food safety laws and regulations applicable to chocolate manufacturing
- Computer literacy ( Microsoft office and others relevant softwares)
