The Quality Executive / Senior Executive plays a critical role in developing innovative quality control processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is essential in overseeing supplier quality programs and supporting the Quality Manager in various strategic initiatives. It requires strong analytical skills, a solid background in quality management, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed quality objectives.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts in quality management systems, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate and lead customer audit activities, including preparation, execution, and resolution of audit findings.
• Provide guidance and support for quality assurance activities, including risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
• Take ownership of supplier quality management processes, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks across the supply chain.
• Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
• Support the Quality Manager in developing and implementing strategic quality initiatives and objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior quality team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
