รายละเอียดงาน
1. Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
2. Determine quality metrics for manufacturing procedures
3. Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
4. Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
5. Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
6. Set and track quality assurance goals
7. Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
8. Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products
9. Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality
10. Improve product quality by making recommendations for change
11. Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards
12. Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems
13. Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Good command in English / Chinese
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Familiarity with statistical analysis -In-depth understanding of technical documentation
- Mathematical arithmetic skills
- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
- Team spirit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
