• Judge production quality by detecting the potential risks under development stage and request R&D department to improve them in case of any problem. • To achieve the requested KPI target. • To consider improving the current design review system and propose creative ideas to strengthen the current. • To review the design standard and test standard and request R&D department to revise them as needed. • Other assigned tasks Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amatacity Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:45(Mon-Fri)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 33-47 years
  2. Any gender
  3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering flied.
  4. At least 5 years’ experience in QC role in air condition or evaporator industry.
  5. At least 2 years’ management experience
  6. Experienced in testing room and R&D
  7. Experienced in evaluation quality.
  8. Good communication and presentation skill.
  9. Advance conversation low-middle level in English
  10. Good computer proficiency.
  11. Experienced with major and global companies is preferable.
  12. TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage.
  13. HVAC business, appliances, electronics, and automotive companies are preferred.
  14. Having excellent communication skills, leadership, and strong facilitation are preferable.
  15. Having flexibility, project management, coaching and mentoring skills are preferable.
