รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for training both new and current employees—Thai and Foreign nationals—across departments to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills, confidence, and communication abilities to perform effectively in their roles, particularly in sales and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new Thai and Foreign employees.
• Organize skill enhancement programs for existing staff.
• Develop training materials and strategies base on the needs of different position and job description.
• Improve employees' communication skills for internal and external interactions by continuous training program or exercises for each employee
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, and provide regular feedback to management.
• Coordinate with department managers in identifying training needs.
