Key Responsibilities：
1.Facility Setup and operation management:
a)Lead the planning and execution of the factory setup
b)Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes
c)Oversee daily operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
d)Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs
2.Team Leadership:
a)Recruit, train, and manage a skilled workforce, including production staff, supervisors, and support personnel
b)Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
c)Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
3.Safety, Quality and Delivery:
a)Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
b)Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations
c)Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
4.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and local authorities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in setting up and managing a manufacturing facility from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Can use English or Chinese as working language
