รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for maintaining the Lan Internet system and Server, Window OS, VPN.
2.Prepare and troubleshoot laptop/Desktop PC, peripherals and software for internal users.
3.Controlling the borrowing/returning of common IT equipment.
4.Implement and administrate internal infrastructure.
5.Handle escalated case about the technical issue of product.
6.Provide technical information or advice about IT product.
7.Monitor and solve computer software, systems, and networks, and installing systems to the computer.
8.Co-ordinate with a service centre or head office for complicated technical issues.
9.Do weekly report about the technical issue for Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female Age 25–40 Years Old.
- Bachelor's degree in Com Science, Com Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Com or related field.
- Have knowledge and work experience SQL Server database system and basic SQL Statement, Store Procedure commands
- If able to install Router, Switch, AP, WLC, Firewall equipment, special consideration will be given.
- Knowledge of C#.Net, SAP or ERP languages will be given special consideration.
- Can work under pressure and work as a team.
- Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
