Support for customer's requirements both for domestic and oversea customers, customer's order and monitor until getting payment (Sales lead)
Customer registration
Support for Iso9001 for Sales (Anyway, sales lead)
Take responsibility for central email of sales that customers communicate with us (many potential requirements that we lost from this part)
Import-Export domestic and Oversea customer
Sales (Business) Support:
Support in part of promotion activities: LinkedIn, Tiktok, Contents in our website, co-ordination with outsource designer, exhibition, etc.
Co-operate with factory side for some part.
- Handling Import documents such as Invoice, packing list, CO Form A,E,D, B/L, LC with ship liner, freight forwarder, customs and FDA till cooperate with transport team to deliver the product to warehouse/ port / customer by truck/trailer
- Check order receiving, control the shipment schedule
- Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier
- Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time
- Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement
- Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner, freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense.
- Recheck all import documents (Invoice, packing list C/O Form A,D,E,BL,LC or other)
- Regulatory affairs support.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
