Tool Maker/ Assembly Technician

รายละเอียดงาน
- Assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform high-precision benchwork and lapping operations as required.
- Inspect and verify parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and calipers.
- Ensure accurate alignment, squareness, and dimensional tolerances during the assembly process.
- Modify and adjust tooling assemblies based on operational requirements and engineering feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure tooling meets functional and customer requirements.
- Document assembly steps, modifications, and quality checks for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Track and follow up on required parts and components to ensure on-time job completion with quality.
- Maintain and organize tools, fixtures, and the workstation for safety, efficiency, and compliance with workplace standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and best practices in daily activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or manufacturing technology preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in assembly of tooling, jigs, or fixtures in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have hands-on experience in using and working with microscopes for detailed inspection and assembly tasks.
