- Responsible for conducting world-class recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selection of outstanding candidates for assigned positions.
- Individually own full cycle of In-Direct Labor recruiting/interviewing, assessment and selection process.
- Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and reference checks to obtain all skill, education and salary requirements from candidates. Also participate in formal interview process utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques
60% Business Management
- Partner with business leaders on recruitment strategies and to plan for future talent needs
- Support recruitment strategies based on labour market research, manage 3rd party vendors and coordinate recruitment activities such as forecast of manpower needs, market intelligent
15% Talent Development
- Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company and is accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices
15% Strategic Technology Partnership
- Establish working relationships with key contingency and retained recruitment firms.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure best processes and practices are maintained.
10% Pricing Management
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
