รายละเอียดงาน
-Plan, implement, and oversee the inspection and analysis of first article production to ensure compliance with specifications.
-Investigate parts from initial production, returned items from internal processes, and material requests.
-Support the use and maintenance of automatic inspection programs and measuring instruments within the Quality Department.
-Enhance and assist in the development of inspection methods for the Quality Department.
-Provide support for IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection methods to engineers and supplier quality engineers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male of Female, Age between 24-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or up in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft office, Minitab,Autocad,QC 7 tools/Statistical tools.
- Basic understanding in Drawing, GD&T and process control flowchart.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills, combined with ability to think innovatively.
- Ability to use various measuring tools and devices.
- Understanding of different testing methods (e.g.,tensile testing, hardness testing, surface finish testing) to ensure the part meets mechanical properties or functional requirements.
- Strong skills in preparing detailed FAI reports,which typically include a comparison of the part's dimensions, tolerances, material, and coating to its design specifications.
- Good command in English or Japanese.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach led to success in part qualification.
- Team work and Time management.
- Good attitude, Flexibility, Adaptibility.
- Skilled in creative and critical thinking, with a strong ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail in documenting identified issues.
