JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities for control and improve everything in Photo resist section. 1 Working follow the company regulation. 2 Working follow the Photo resist section regulation. 8 Improvement the safety,quality,delivery,cost. 4 Working to meet the delivery target of the section. 5 Working to meet the KPI target of the section. 6 Comply with the company policy ,objective and target. 7 Working follow the assignment from supervisor and manager. 8 Supervise the subordinate. 9 Report to supervise when find the trouble or problem and work follow as below. 10 Assignment the job to leaders and/or operators. 11 Co*operate with the other section for trouble shooting/operation. 12 Investigate the cause and take the preventive action of quality,safety ,delivery problem. 13 Make the action plan to improve the quality,safety ,delivery cost in section. aining new operator about method of PCB manufacting and basic working flow and CMK com 15 Production management & operation control to manufacture the PCB board. 16 Activities with Company's Following manager assignment.
