รายละเอียดงาน
• Ensure that the production operations follow the company's standards, policies, and practices.
• Improve and build robust process control to minimize process variation using the Sintering engineering approach.
• Leading the functional team as a member of a problem-solving team to fix and prevent the problem.
• Controls budgets and exercises control over capital investment and operating expenditures.
• Ensure that manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Plans and monitors maintenance tasks for the plant, equipment, and machinery.
• Controls the maintenance budget and expenses.
• Organize staff training to increase the efficiency of work.
• Control the use of raw materials to the highest efficiency according to the target.
• Control the cost of production to meet the standards of each product.
• Reduce production costs, and waste and apply technology to increase productivity and OEE.
• Control and participate in activities that promote the production of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Muda, and TPM.
• Controlling manpower under cost management.
• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the plan, including management of, and reporting. Overall People development and management.
• Propose solutions for modifying or improving equipment to improve productivity and build the new product on the current equipment platform.
• Responsible and work by the procedures, quality management standards, and safety management including supporting the certification system in all standards.
• Oversee incidents, accidents, and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action case closure.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(every other Sat (2 Sat per month))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 35-45 years
- Male only
- Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related
- 8 years of experience in the Sintering process or Aluminum Die Casting from steel or automotive industry
- 3 years of management experience as Assistant - Manager level, have subordinate under control
- Middle conversational level of English
- Specialize in Sintering process
- Background in Automotive business is preferable.
