Production & Maintenance Executive

รายละเอียดงาน
Production:
1.Manage and control the production of all products in the factory.
Monitor production planning schedule, process and procedures, and recommend improvements to achieve optimal operating efficiency.
2.Manage all areas of production planning and related functions to ensure production processes to meet targets.
3.Prepare and manage production work in process to support operating efficiency, productivity continuous improvement.
4.Develop and enhance the core competency of the production process to meet the company objective and growth.
5.Handle and manage manpower planning, and other production resources under production plan and budgeting.
6.Motivate subordinates to broaden their scope of responsibility & accountability.
7.Prepare production report and present to management team.
8.To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior/Management as and when required.
Maintenance:
1.Manage and control the maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment of all kinds in the factory to be available all the time.
2.Responsibilities register of machinery in the factory.
3.Plan maintenance of machinery protection, annual, monthly and daily.
4.Control the maintenance staff to perform maintenance and prevent the machine to follow the schedule and record the performance.
5.Train employees in the use of machinery, tools and equipment and basic maintenance.
6.Repair damaged machine to be completed on time as a repair order. And record repair history.
7.Planning, managing, storing and backing up spare parts of machines in advance.
8.Collect data analysis results. Track quality system maintenance for continuous improvement.
9.General administrative duties and other related jobs as assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, 30-45 years old, completed military service or exempted
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- Experience 3-5 years for Production & Maintenance in Factory
- Experience working in blowing plastic drums will be considered in special cases.
- Excellent communication and organizational management skills.
- Knowledge of quality management work ISO9001:2015, GHPs, HACCP will be given special consideration.
- Good command in English (Specking, Reading and Writing as well)
