- Analyze sales statistic, promotion and trade performance for efficiently control trade promotion budget.
- Develop concrete detailed assigned customer plan with the key drivers, based on strategy; assortment, pricing, promotion, visibility and merchandising to maximize the growth potential within the budget, align with brand and channel objectives.
- Ensure timely execution of all implementation and marketing promotional activities.
- Call for action on assigned accounts at the prescribed frequency detailed in journey cycle schedule in order to gather sales & products information; sales movement, competitor activities, assortment etc. and solve instore issues.
- Liaison with PC in executing sales promotional activities, product display features and consumer special offers and maintaining records of progress.
- Review activity and business plan with customer to ensure promotions and activities would be implemented as guideline.
- Effectively utilize, control, and record spending within budget
