- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers and host/hostesses, to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Coordination with Reservation Desk: Getting reservation info and ensure that all customer requirements are met.
- Daily briefing: Attend pre-mail briefing with Restaurant Manager, Asst. RM in liaison with Kitchen team. Then conduct daily meeting/briefing with team, superior.
- Shift Handover: To ensure that new shift crews have all the necessary information, issues and pending tasks with colleagues or customers.
