รายละเอียดงาน
Develop and maintain accurate production plan and material plan by analyzing demand and coordinating with related departments. Ensure resource availability and production efficiency. Coordinate outbound shipments by preparing transport documents, arranging logistics service providers, and tracking delivery status to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customer. Monitor the accurcy of inventory receiving, storing, picking, and issuing by maintaining the inventory movement records and implementing warehouse procedures that support operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Main Responsibility
1. Conduct order review, responsible for the execution of production plan and material requirement plan, coordinate production, and ensure smooth production, issueing and follow up the production schedule plan to meet the delivery plan with the customer requirement.
2. Coordinate with internal and external parties, set production plans and delivery plans for both customers and suppliers.
3. Control the organization material flow and monitor the on-hand inventory in warehouse, material and finished product. Responsible to ensure the balance of physical quantity and the balance of Oracle system are consistent, count and record the receipt, warehousing, issuing, and balance of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
"4. Ensure the placement and identification of warehouse materials meet specified requirements. Responsible for handing over delivery notes, receipt notes, and delivery notes to relevant teams and ensure team members register incoming and outgoing materials on the material cards in a timely manner. The material card records are true and accurate, and the balance matches physical inventory."
5. Monitor the receiving, warehousing, and delivery speed to ensure smooth production progress and develop implement effective inventory management the first-in-first-out principle and provide inventory reports to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Supply chain management, mathematics or other related Field, Master degree is a plus
- More than 5 years of working experience as a Planning and Material Control
- ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949
- Possess a wealth of supply chain planning expertise, have a deep understanding and knowledge of demand planning, inventory planning, and production planning, and are good at inventory management and sluggish inventory clearance.
- Familiar with ERP system experience, relevant MRP experience.
- Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office.
- Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills.
- Able to work both independently and as team.
- Can work under pressure with positive attitude.
