รายละเอียดงาน
-Plan, coordinate, and control production schedules and workflows to meet customer demand and export deadlines.
-Ensure manufacturing processes comply with medical device regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA requirements).
-Supervise daily operations across multiple production lines, including mechanical assembly, electronics integration, and final packaging.
-Lead and develop production teams to ensure high efficiency, accuracy, and motivation.
-Work closely with QA/QC, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
-Monitor production KPIs (output, OEE, downtime, waste) and prepare performance reports.
-Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
-Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and assembly tools.
-Identify production issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
-Ensure a safe working environment and full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
-Support audits from regulatory bodies, customers, and internal compliance teams.
-Control and manage production-related costs and resource allocation efficiently.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
- Knowledge of quality control systems and regulations (e.g., ISO 13485)
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English. Japanese language skills are a plus
