Manage Hotel Data on OTA Platforms:
- Ensure accurate mapping of hotel room rates and services.
- Load rates and inventory onto various OTA systems.
- Monitor and update hotel information on OTA platforms to keep it current.
Support Sales and Marketing:
- Review and manage bookings coming through OTAs.
- Coordinate with hotels and sales representatives.
- Assist in creating promotions and campaigns on OTAs.
Maintain Systems and Technology:
- Monitor connectivity and functionality of Channel Manager and OTA systems.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues.
- Coordinate with IT or system providers for major issues.
Provide General Support:
- Answer questions and provide information to hotels regarding OTA usage.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms and Channel Manager systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Highly responsible and a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
