* To minimize disruption and ensure timely resolution through effective coordination.
* To enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience in service desk, IT, or information security fields is a plus but not required.
* Experience in reporting, data handling, or internal coordination is beneficial.
* Candidates with a background in administrative or back-office roles are also encouraged to apply.
* Support to sales/account and report activities.
* Experience in preparing reports and data analysis is a plus. * Willingness to engage in improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement after becoming familiar with the tasks.
