รายละเอียดงานPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that the coffee counter is ready to operate at the highest standard by completing Mise en Place to the required standard
- To excel in product knowledge, offering inspiration to customers
- To study the product Descriptions, being able to explain the ingredients, the cooking procedure, the history and background of every product
- To create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the coffee counter
- To maintain a clean and tidy goods counter and performing other duties on request
- Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the GM and Bakery supervisor
