•Responsible for In-house quality process (Machining Process/ Incoming/ Final Inspection Quality Control). •Work at Standard Room, Metallurgical Lab and Final Inspection stages as Quality inspector. •Create Quality KPI’s , Monitor them and ensure improvement in same. •Control of Rejection during Inprocess Inspection & at Final Inspection. •Setup Approval/ Incoming Inspection/ Final Inspection of loose Gears & Shafts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Diploma/ Vocational course of Engineering. With Min 3~5 years of relevant experience in Quality Department.
With Min 3 years of relevant experience in Gear Manufacturing or Machining Process
Working experience of quality equipment’s like CMM/ Gear Tester/ Contour/ Roughness Tester
Should have understanding of gear parameters like, DOP/MOT/LP/DIN_Class /visual gear defects
Knowledge of Quality system ISO:9001:2015/ IATF16949.
Knowledge of self-Inspection & Patrolling (Set up Approval of product).
Knowledge of Equipment Calibration process can be highly appreciated.
