คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male / Female, age 25-38 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering : Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
- At least 5-8 years in sales and management field
- Fluent in English along with relevent computer skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- A balance of technical expertise and sales skills
- Ability to understand and address client needs
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: As clients may require customized solutions, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to recommend the right machine configurations and features.
- Negotiation Skills: CNC milling machines are high-value items, and the sales cycle often involves negotiation with multiple stakeholders. You need to be comfortable negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.
- Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients, especially in industries where repeat business and maintenance contracts are common, is critical.
