-Plan and create clear, impactful communication materials to support Grab merchant operations, including product updates, feature launches, and policy changes
-Write content for in-app messages, email newsletters, social media posts (e.g. Facebook Group, Line OA), and how-to guides
-Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Merchant Support) and external vendors to ensure consistent and timely messaging
- Support and maintain content across Merchant’s official communication channels
-Lead small engagement campaigns and content initiatives (e.g. merchant Q&A sessions, merchant spotlight features, or contests)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fresh Grad is welcome
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with the needs of small business owners, restaurant partners, or drivers is a plus
- Proficient in spreadsheets & slide-making (MS Office/ GSuite)
