Identify new clients and grow sales from existing customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with HOC and planning teams to meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and truck owners
Promote and support cross-border trucking services
Respond to customer inquiries and provide proposals (RFQ/RFP/RFI)
Prepare sales reports and update the Sales Manager regularly
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and meet company targets
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Director

สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานProcess payout transactions to event organizers for ticket sales, ensuring accurate deductions of all applicable fees and expenses.Handle refunds to ticket buyers for canceled or postponed events, applying all relevant deductions appropriately.Reconcile payout amounts against internal calculation spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare period-end reports detailing outstanding payouts, pending refunds, and receivables from event organizers.Coordinate with the Accounting team to deliver necessary financial data for corporate accounting and reporting purposes.Create and maintain reports to track key metrics related to payouts and refunds, including payout amounts, fees collected, and outstanding refund advances.Support the Field Operations team with on-site cash management services during events as needed.Assist the Event Management team with event-related reimbursement processes.Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.
