รายละเอียดงาน
- Developing and executing strategic plans for the assigned product category to drive sales and
effective product merchandising.
- Understand market trends, consumer behavior and competitor in order to identify growth
opportunities.
- Collaborating with various teams, like marketing, purchaser, to identify and implement new
products, services and marketing communication initiatives.
- Evaluating customer feedback and monitor and evaluate category

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience as a category management, Visual merchandiser in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the consumer behavior and retail trends.
- Proficiency in utilize Microsoft Office, category management tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing market dynamics, consumer preferences and organizational priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Project management skill or strong in follow up multi task.
- Good in English communication.
- Have own vehicle.
