Key objective of this position is to develop and approach new client base, while pricing for proposal will be managed by other senior sales.
Remark: Target segments are condominium projects and industrial/factory projects (from Chinese firms’ investment.)
- Develop sales plans, present sales proposals, and close sales.
Remark: Others will help on pricing.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales.
- Expand the customer base.
- Meet with customers and be responsible for sales tasks.
- Solve problems and take responsibility for bidding projects from new customers, ensuring sales targets are achieved as set by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide consultations to customers, collect customer information, and coordinate with customers and project consulting companies.
