รายละเอียดงานThe Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
1. HR Function
· Checked, Key In and Update Data such as Leave application, SSF : In-Out Registration, Group Insurance : In-Out Registration, PVD: In-Out Registration, Data as needed
· Responsible for Claim or Other matters of SSF and Group Insurance
· Prepare – Print out documents and reports which related to HR Function, also save on the computer
· Filing
· Staff orientations
2. Recruitment
· Find suitable candidates as on requested
· Find and contact Recruitment Agency
· organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for interview
· Report and Summary of selected and non selected candidate
· On campus ; including preparation of equipment, documents
3. Administration
· Type correspondence, reports and other documents
· data management and filing
· Open and distribute the mail, dealing with incoming email, and post, review and edit reports to superior
· Prepare – Print out documents and reports
· Prepare agendas for all staff (In case of other special occasion)
· Provide receptionist services
4. Training
· Identify training and development opportunities
· Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
· Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures
