We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR and Talent Trend Specialist to join our Marketing Team In this role, you will be responsible for staying ahead of the latest HR trends, analyzing talent patterns, and creating engaging HR content. You will play a crucial role in connecting with content creators, media, and building partnerships to enhance our brand platform’s visibility and effectiveness.
Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze current HR trends, talent acquisition strategies, and career development practices to provide insights and recommendations.
Content Creation: Develop and publish HR-related content including blogs, videos, and articles covering topics such as labor laws, workforce regulations, recruitment, and employee turnover.
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with content creators, media outlets, and industry partners to promote HR initiatives and enhance the brand’s presence.
Engagement Strategies: Create and implement strategies to engage both job seekers and employers through various content platforms.
Compliance Updates: Stay updated on HR compliance, laws, and regulations to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Talent Insights: Provide insights and support to marketing team on talent trends, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, and other departments to align content and strategies with organizational goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and trends.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in partnership development and media relations would be an advantage
