- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process according to the company’s manpower plan.
- Prepare and post job advertisements through various channels such as job boards, social media, and educational institutions.
- Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Conduct initial interviews and perform background checks on candidates.
- Prepare recruitment summary reports and analyze the effectiveness of different recruitment sources.
Training and Development
- Gather and analyze training needs (TNA) from various departments.
- Develop and implement the annual training plan according to company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and organize training logistics including materials, venues, and equipment.
- Record and evaluate training effectiveness and report training results to management.
- Maintain accurate training records and related documents to support audits (e.g., ISO, RBA, IATF, etc.).
Others
- Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports on employee attendance (absence, leave, lateness) for department heads and management.
- Analyze attendance trends and propose measures to reduce absenteeism.
- Provide support for other HR tasks as assigned.
- Participate in employee-related activities such as job fairs, open house events, and CSR projects.
