1. Responsible for the collection and transmission of customer complaint information, organizing relevant internal departments to analyze problems and formulate measures, and follow up on the closure. , unqualified problems and other quality problems, timely upgrade key quality problems, recurring problems, and delayed problems through weekly and monthly reports
2. Responsible for the preparation, issuance and training of WI/SIP required for the shipment process, responsible for the review and countersigning of CP/SOP/technical standards and other documents
3. Organize QC to supervise the process discipline of the shipment process, control high-risk quality issues such as operation interruption, shutdown and restart, change, production line test and trial production as required, summarize the results of process discipline supervision, feedback and report the problems found
4. Confirm that the version of the technical documents for the shipment process inspection is controlled, and organize the inspection team to carry out the module production process control work.
5. According to the plan, implement the Thai company's metrology external calibration and MSA work
6. Responsible for organizing and implementing the improvement and optimization of the inspection plan, improving inspection efficiency and reducing inspection costs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Understand ISO9001 system requirements and APQP, PPAP process and document requirements.
- familiar with new inspection technologies, inspection methods, and inspection instruments and equipment.
- Understand SPC requirements and be able to use SPC for process analysis and optimization
- Ability to use Chinese as a working language, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
