1.Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. 2.Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes that improve safety, quality, and productivity. 3.Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital projects, and timelines. 4.Support training and development of production staff on new processes and equipment

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
