รายละเอียดงาน
Managerial work:
• To manage whole entire Quality management processes & activities include battery EOL, measuring room, diagnostic & product audit to achieve daily/monthly target, dept. KPI & Factory/company policy
• To manage activities in order to implement, maintain & level up the Quality system (IATF16949), VDA, Environment system (ISO14001), 5S and other required standard/systems by customer) in organization
Quality Management system:
• To setting & maintain quality assurance system and activity to achieve company policy
• To establish and monitor process quality control & assurance for current product & new model
• To manage related quality process capacity include battery testing to achieve on time delivery
• To investigate operation/product fault/failure and set up corrective/preventive action
• To support & control new project related activities, alteration change related activities to achieve target
Budget & Cost efficiency:
• To prepare dept. budget and control cost efficiency & company asset
• To minimize cost of poor quality/operation
Activities:
• To set up and maintain related procedure toward IATF16949, VDA 6.3, ISO14001
• To implement, support related/assigned company activities to achieve target
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Bachelor degree in engineering, Electrical engineering will be advised
- Ass’t Manager/Manager in Quality department, automotive field is preferred
- Familiar in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3
- Experience in assembly line of automotive field is preferred
- Experience in EV car battery assembly business will be advantage
