3. Update & analyze tenant information including Rent Roll & Delayed Renewal Status, and recommend actions
4. Monitor tenant shop meets the unique positioning strategy & shop standards.

6.Consolidate Rent Roll & Delayed Renewal Report
7.Support in finding festive/ seasonal concept partnerships (Private & Government sectors).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Retail Business as well as Leasing experience in shopping malls
- Highly motivated and target driven with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Strong foundation of customer relationship development and management skill.
- Solid knowledge in retail business as well as in tenant management.
- Strong sales and negotiations skills
- Good English communication (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
